Hey there guys,
it occasionally happens, that my Linux PMS sometimes stops scanning for new files. I’ll have to manually trigger a library scan for all libraries and then the changes get picked up.
I don’t see any pattern when this happens, it seems to be pretty random.
On a sidenote: I already increased the value for max_user_watches on my host machine to 2097152. PMS is running bare metal and not in a Docker container.
Any help would be greatly appreciated why this is happening
Update: Seems to have been an issue with the filesystem’s settings I’m using (mergerfs). After setting it up properly Plex’ partial scan is working as intended
But I need this fixed somehow
