Server Version#: Ubuntu 20.04, different platforms
Player Version#: ??? last server version of pms

My name is Johannes, I am from germany, iam 43 years old, and my hobbies are horses, swimming and installing PMS on Proxmox LXC or a VM 
I have a really strange problem.
When I installed PMS, it doesn´t matter which platform or which way, i always get the message, “Get Plex Media Server”, if I try to add my local media files.
So, iam not able to add local media, which is saved on my synology.
nfs sharing from dsm to proxmox is working fine. The folders are mounted in the lxc. the access is working properly.
I installed plex in a lxc in proxmox → same issue
I installed plex in a vm in proxmox → same issue
I installed plex directly on my synology diskstation (7.1.1) → same issue
I installed plex directly on my synology rackstation (6.2) → same issue
I did not find any solution. I would be very thankful for any hint!
I have a Unifi Network, with an UDM-Pro, … and so on, but I don´t think that there is something wrong with the configuration of the firewall.

when I use this url http://192.168.140.147:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/
I always get the message
the server doesn´t exist …
but the server is definitly running
