PMS Unavailable after I connected it to router

I recently connected my NVIDIA Shield to my router via ethernet and now it says “The server ‘Tachyon TV’ is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.”

I apologize I’m quite new to this but would love some help. I literally don’t know what kind of information you need so please feel free to ask for more info. Thanks!

If your server was previously on WiFi, it’s IP address will have changed. Some clients will cache this info so it may still be trying to look at the old address. Try signing out and back in to the client. If this was Web, you might need to do a hard refresh.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn’t work. Ethernet = stopped PMS
