PMS will not start in Firefox. It goes to the initial screen with the Plex symbol on it, but will not continue. I have disabled the Panda Activescan add-in bu that gave me no change. PMS starts fine in Chrome, but Firefox is my default browser. I am running Windows Vista with service pack 2 and Firefox 19.0.2.
I just ran into the same issue, when using Firefox 70.0 I only get the Plex logo displayed and nothing more. When using Edge on my Windows 10 machine everything works fine. The problem started yesterday and before that also Firefox worked.
I’ve got a Plex server running on Windows 10 as well as one on a Drobo and both show the same issue.
Any idea?
