Hello @maelronde,
Thanks for the report. Do you know how to acquire/send adb logs?
Some raw logs from the device along with timestamps of when the error occurs will be very useful for us in trying to improve the playback experience.

Fantastic @SamFromPlex
Via this method? Where should I send it?

I’ll capture one for you the next time it happens. It’s happened twice today but I dont remember the exact times.
That log might give us the information we need, however my experience with this issue suggests we need logs where you connect your phone to your computer and set up the Android debugging tool.
DM me some logs next time it happens and we can go from there.
An update: I have had no crashes the last week.
I did two things:
You keep the device unlocked all the time?
That’d be a dealbreaker for me.
I’m not sure if that’s what solved it, but I just mentioned everything I changed to help narrow it down.
This had this issue today, but I’ve been experiencing it for a while. It’s bad enough that I’m going to hold off listening to podcasts on Plex for a while.
Yeah, I moved to Google Podcasts, and it’s fine - free and stable, that’s all I really need.
Have been trying to use plex for all my podcasts, switching between mobile plex and plex web ui. Podcasts are hit or miss on remembering where you left off. The resume function really needs some work here, or maybe there could be an option to download and sync to a plex server versus streaming the audio?
does this problem was fixed ?
