I have a Popcorn Hour A-410 with Plex Client, Synology NAS with Plex Server And iPad with plex installed. All devices are working wonderfully well each on their own but ...
I would like to use my iPad to browse the Plex server as this seems to be a nice easy way to find what you are looking for, but then I would like to send what I find to be played on the Popcorn hour, this seems like it is possible as I can choose this option on the iPad GUI.
When doing so though the Popcorn Hour A-410 screen goes blank as if it is about to play then just returns to the home screen. Have I configured something incorrectly ?
I have enabled the logging as per the support section and recreated the situation so between 19:10 - 19:20 GMT. Could someone please give me some guidance on how to resolve my issue if I have configured incorrectly etc.
I have the same configuration and cannot find the pop corn hour on the plex client on the iPad did you install anything on the a410 to be ble to see it on ur ios plex client ?
I’m not sure if I’m totally correct here but, I believe the problem is the Plex app on the A410 is out of date and Cloud Media has no plans to update/support in the future.
goto the popcorn hour forum there is both an app out now that will allow you to use IPAD and plex its called plexnmthelper.
Also I have taken over the pch client. Actionscript is not a language i have used before so its slow going but i will try to add more functionality to the plex client and hope others join in as well
