There is no mention of protocol in your port forwarding instructions - is the required port for TCP or UDP or both?

I'll also say that it was surprisingly difficult to find these support forums, there is no link form the server application (a logical place to look). I had to use Google to find this place, and there seem to be multiple login pages, some which use my Plex account credentials and some which require an additional set of credentials. Streamlining the FAQ and support channels would undoubtedly ensure more subscribers. I've never understood why businesses don't get this.
