I’m not totally computer literate but can follow direct directions. I followed the security e-mail, reset password and logged out of devices from the phone app. I got the impression the server needed to be logged into directly but have not been able to even open it. I tried looking through posts for solutions and tried some things, nothing was working for me. The most extreme thing i have done was uninstall the media server and reinstall and reset customization thinking this would initiate some kind of installation wizard. At this point I’m just going to stop and ask for help, I currently have the app on the phone and the server on my computer. I can’t access the sever doing right click open or ip address prompt.
