Hi Can anyone help as i cant get past the postcode page in the uk setup ?
Try “ME15”, this works for me but gives the wrong channel list, I have raised this as an issue, this could be related to your problem.
I have the same issue, ME15 worked for me, but it wouldnt accept my postcode.
There appears to be a major problem with postcodes and the associated channel list.
PLEX have changed EPG data suppliers which seems to be at the heart of the problem.
Ah I think I found the problem! the postcodes are now case sensitive and have to be in capitals. Did mine all lowercase and it didn’t let me continue, as soon as I put it in caps it worked.

The best part is that it doesn’t tell you about this and it also doesn’t tell you about only putting the first section of your postcode.

Correct, a colleague of mine had the same issue putting in his Dutch postal code without capitals (should be all caps).
