"the guide is empty" and UK postcode field won't respond if repeating DVR setup

Finds channels, assigns correct guide references, but always says “The Guide is Empty” when I go to the guide.

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3795
Player Version#: plex web 4.47.3
Tuner Make/Model: two tuners:
Winfast DTV Dongle Dual Filter, Happauge WinTV QuadHD

UK based.
The guide previously set up correctly, but has recently been empty.

I’ve tried uninstalling Plex and re-installing with latest installer. No joy.

Followed other suggestions to delete the DVR’s and start again, but now the DVR setup fails as soon as I get to the guide configuratiopn where it requests the Postcode, where the Continue Button never appears, regardless of what you enter to the postcode button. I have tried many UK postcodes, and none get any response.

I solved the Postcode problem by shouting postcodes into it ALL CAPS!!!
IF YOU DON’T USE ALL CAPS THE POSTCODES WON’T BE RECOGNISED.

Now the guide populates, but alas it still cannot view or record live TV. No idea why not.
