Posters are not being displayed

Server Version#: 1.13.5.5332
Player Version#: 3.57.1

Hi guys, I’m unable to see poster on some movies/collections. The metadata is downloaded and I can choose the posters within the plex “edit” option, but the changes do not save and the poster is not displayed. The server is running on Unraid 6.5.3 with the linuxserver.io public docker.

This was happening with my server for like a month, last week I started a clean server (formated all my drives and created a new flashdrive for unraid) and this is happening again.

Thank you so much for any help!

Feducu

I searched the logs to see if something was off and I found this:

Something it’s not working, but the odd thing is that its not working with movies only. With TV shows its working as intended

So, I tried several solutions. Like:

Rebooting server, clearing cache, checking permissions, naming scheme and I’m getting the same error HTTP 200…

I would really apreciate some support.

Thanks

Still no luck. TV shows are working perfectly

Hey, Its been over a month and I had no answer… I feel that I bought the Plex Pass for no use…

Hi Feducu

I am a user too, I had a similar issue where the TV poster was not download but the metadata was, you can try this for movies too. Please click the link below, follow the steps in the forum and let me know if that resolves.

Holy ■■■■ that worked!! Thank you dude. I can’t believe that this wasn’t previously answered by a Plex employee… I’m just so disappointed.

Again, THANK YOU!

Glad that this work, I think the Plex employee try their best. There are so many different solution to this particular issue. Anyways if you have any other question let me know
