I am a user too, I had a similar issue where the TV poster was not download but the metadata was, you can try this for movies too. Please click the link below, follow the steps in the forum and let me know if that resolves.

Hi MovieFan Plex, thanks for that solution in solving that. I had another question. So now my TV show poster downloads, but when I go in and edit the poster or background, there is no selection for another poster or background type, screenshot below. Your help is much appreciated As you can see first screenshot that everything poster is downloading correctly but than changing the poster and background to something else [c] [b] [a]
