Posters for TV Shows and Movies not downloading anymore (Update)

Plex started downloading only partial images or no image at all for Movies and some TV shows. I have tried changing the movie agent, re-ordering the agent, deleting the plugin cache and removing re-adding the movie. Anyone else experiencing this?

UPDATE! This had nothing to do with plex. I had additional metadata files that download next to movies and that ended up downloading corrupt or size 0kb posters and since Plex was set to failover to local metadata, it was pulling the empty posters. This is now fixed.
