I have tried clearing TVDB caches I have restarted renamed done about everything I can find. all metadata such as names, descriptions, tags and such are pulled just not posters. anyone know why this would be working fine last week stopped this.
Same here. My guess is the new THETVDB format change messed up the agent for that site. PLEX will just have to update that agent to fix the problem.

TheTVDB’s v2 API has changed. Take a look at the following URL for more information:

Applications that rely on this API have been having some issues today and probably even a bit longer. Filebot is one that I use that has also been suffering.
Application developers will need to release patches to resolve these problems.

thank you guys! I was going crazy trying to figure out what was going wrong luckily I turned to the support forum before completely rebuilding otherwise it looks like all images would be gone. I honestly grateful for the responses.
Same here, Movies were fine, TVs not working on a new Synology. Banging my head for a few hours trying different things before finding this post.
I just added a new TV series and it all worked perfectly. FYI.
