Potential Internet Issues: Ethernet not working/Live TV Issues

Good morning, all! I am new to the plex server game, and just recently set one up on my NVIDIA Shield Pro. Few questions:

  1. I have tried to just connect an ethernet chord form the shield to my router, but it does not seem to make the connection faster or even work. What happens, is the server loses connection and will not reconnect. Any idea what the issue is with this?
  2. Also, I have set up Live TV, and when I go on my server and select a channel, it just loads and loads. I have a Hauppauge 1657 WinTV-dualHD for a tuner.

I provided my server logs to see if this would help with troubleshooting. I’m just trying to understand what is happening with my internet, and if the issues are with the connection.
I have a Netgear Nighthawk as a router, and I am on fiber optic in my area. For reference: here is my internet speed and stats:
Download: 233.13 mbps
Upload: 48.54
Ping: 0.69

When the server started, it had only a valid IP on the WiFi adapter.

You need to reboot the Shield after changing the network setup.
