Have you configured the Powerline‘s WLAN access point to establish its own network/subnet (e.g. DHCP turned on instead of using your main router’s DHCP)?

Yes, this is done automatically when synchronizing with the receiver
You should be able to configure the access point to use „bridge mode“.
Alternatively you should be able to configure Settings > [Server Name] > Network > LAN Networks to consider the subnet created by the Access Point as part of the server’s local network.

I just reset all my powerline adapters + resynchro and now i can access again to my plex server…
The problem was probably with the network/subnet attribution unrecognized by plex because I was accessing everything else. Internet, Netflix,…
