I once created an Intro for my movies. It was working on almost every device (except on a lg webOS which might just have an to old software version) now its only working on mobile devices and in the web app. Im pretty sure that i didnt change any settings, so is it kind of an update issue?
to be more specific: its not working on two different samsung smart tvs. both of them had already shown the pre roll until now.
i couldn’t find a similar issue, sorry if i overlooked sth.

I have the same issue. Pre-roll is not shown on my Libreelec+PLEX plugin, nor on LG Smart TV (actually it crashed and sais "Playback error… unexpected playback problem).
While KODI with plex plugin start playing the movie (without pre-roll) smart TV cannot play anything after that…
Android app and plex web working as should… pre-roll then movie.

Issue has been solved for the LG TV. Finally I figured out somehow it likes mp4 rather than mkv… so just converted the videos to mp4. Libreelec still skipping the prerolls… probably client setting.
