Pre rolls won't play for WebOS 5 even with the last update

Player Version#:5.22.1
since the last public update of PMS ( 1.24.0.4930-ab6e1a058) , pre roll is now working on plex home theater for windows, plex web and iOS. However, on my LG C9 TV running on web OS 05.10.15 the pre rolls are still not launched and I am still forced to activate the trailers in the settings for the pre roll to be played
