Pre-Rolls Broken

Pre-rolls no longer play on Plex server 1.23.4.4712 and newer

Server Version#: 1.23.4.4712 and 1.23.4.4775 Player Version#: all I noticed in the last week that my pre-rolls are no longer working using the official docker image for unRAID. others on a Facebook group dedicated to Plex are also saying the same issue. appears to have stopped working on v1.23.4.4712 and persists after updating to v1.23.4.4775
