I noticed in the last week that my pre-rolls are no longer working using the official docker image for unRAID. others on a Facebook group dedicated to Plex are also saying the same issue.

Yep, you have to now go in and set your trailers to at least one on the player. Been fighting this all-day trying to figure it out and even in verbose logging, nothing gets logged. So tried setting the trailers to play on the player to 1 and the the pre-roll played just fine after the one trailer. Definite bug.
Confirmed that if I downgrade to v1.23.3.4707 pre-rolls work again as expected.
Worth mentioning is I’m not running in a docker container, I’m on bare metal linux and have the same issue.
I tried that and it plays a trailer but not my pre-rolls.

was able to downgrade and pre-rolls are working again…ill likely stay on that version for a long time

updated and verifed its working again
Had issue with latest update. Said unsupported when trying to watch movie. I reverted back to last update and all is working now.
Will this update be fixed?
