Hello all, I’ve read dozens and dozens of posts concerning this topic, watched dozens of setup videos and I have yet to find the answer. I have a Plex Pass account and simply trying to get the Premium Plex music library to recognize anything - at all… The Basic music library selection works like a charm but since I paid for the Pass, I would like to use the additional features they outline. All it does is scan, and scan and scan for days with a folder that only has 6 albums in it. I figured I would go small for testing purposes. I attempted it with different volumes, folders, media, naming structures, different audio file types, etc. It will not recognize a single thing. Just looking for some different insight since I have been working on this for a nearly a month on and off now. I’ve rebooted, restarted, re-associated folders/drives, created multiple new libraries, deleted and started over, and so on. I have a WD PR4100 NAS, newest firmware as well as Plex newest firmware. Looking for someone that may have run into the same situation. Overall, I have a been quite pleased with Plex and have had great success, except this. Thanks in advance.
