Private IP unknown, public ip unknown, and internet unknow and not able to claim or access server from anywhere

I am trying to run plex media server from Ubuntu desktop but I am not getting past that screen. I checked everything like firewall, opening the port, and all the settings on my router are as recommended. I am not sure why I am keep getting that? Can someone please help me with that?
