i can open IP:32400/web/index.html# but it says
A server could not be found. Download and install Plex Media Server, and it will appear here.
Even plex process is running … where i can find any logs or whats going on?
i found the logs but there is nothing wrong and i still can’t see server. why? it was working without any issue i just changed my password (admin) and now i can’t see sever.
can Anyone help here? this is really most idiotic stuff i have ever seen, all these plex howtos have apparently zero value in this kind of situations.

thats odd question, to make it work remotely you have to setup ports etc. I assume firstly it has to work on local network, then we can discuss remote via plex.tv
if i go to setting section -> there is no Server item.
it also doesn’t work via app.plex.tv.
so one change of password to plex.tv destroyed whole server thats interesting.
The link should work from anywhere, local or remote. It launches the web app built into your server.
So, if I understand correctly, you CAN sign into your account, but it says that there are NO servers available?
yes, no server section under config
i think server section should be there and it should say server is down or something but in my case i can’t SEE server section under settings.
very stupid i just reinstalled serve dpkg -i plex… nothing changed its not showing up.
I was just getting ready to ask… What system are you running Plex Media Server on?
linux - ubuntu - i checked the server logs can’t see there anything with Error etc.
You might want to add a Linux tag to your post. Hopefully @ChuckPa will take notice. He’s pretty good with the Linuxes.
well something that one pays for … and absolutely 0 support … its broken, i just installed latest version 1.15 no section Server in config … jesus broken crap nothing inside Plex Media server log … just log full of trash messages.
