This message basically means that your server is attempting to transcode the video but failing due to insufficient CPU power.
This can originate from the media not being supported (as-is) to play on your device – or playback quality restrictions being applied (e.g. because the client app has set a specific quality, you changed the playback quality; if you’re streaming remotely, bandwidth restrictions might also play a role).
Option 1: verify WHY the video is being transcoded and check if you can avoid it.
Option 2: if your server has a supported GPU/iGPU, you might try to shift to hw-accelerated transcoding (instead of solely relying on your CPU.
