Problem updating Plex 1.25.6.5545 to 1.25.6.5577

Server Version#: Synology DS1019+ DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2

Hello,
When manually updating Plex I have a message “Processing. Please wait…” but the processing never stops.
I don’t understand what’s going on because I’ve always done it this way.
I tried refreshing all metadata and optimizing the database but nothing helped.
Where can I find the update logs?
Can you help me solve this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Which version of Plex are you updating from?

Is it perhaps an older version?

Perhaps from Package Center (1.21.0.3744) or something prior to 1.24.2.4973 ?

If so, Please do not be alarmed and let it finish.

After DSM 7 finalized, I was able to finalize the PMS package for DSM 7.
Starting with PMS 1.24.2.4973, I moved everything into the final storage configuration.

If you are upgrading from these older versions, you’re simply experiencing the delay waiting for Package Center to move your media into that final layout

It’s a royal pain because it’s not predictable. For some, it’s instant. For others, it’s not.

If you’re installing one of the newer versions, Is PMS running and you’re simply waiting for the Plex/Web GUI to finish?

If so, there was a major database update.

Can you please detail further where you’re at or, if possible, grab a screenshot?

The installed version is 1.25.6.5545-7000.
This morning, to take the screenshots, I try again and the update worked perfectly with the same .spk file.
I had been trying for 2 days without success. Now I am in version 1.25.6.5577-7000. It makes no sense.
What log files can I consult when updating packages?
I guess something was blocking the update.
Thanks for your help.

How do I update manually? Able to point in right direction?

Got TrueNas.

@Conzaaa

Don’t know how to do that on TrueNAS.

It should be the way you installed (?)
