So I’m trying to add big brother season 27 episodes to my server and everything was fine till they threw big brother unlocked into the mix. I tried adding it as a separate show but when I did it that way it wouldn’t pick it up in the scan. It will see it when I add it to the main series folder and shows a preview pic . But then when it’s time to name the other episodes it’s not coming out right. I don’t know what to do. Anyone else adding big brother season 27 to you plex server? What are you doing to not have this issue?

TMDB & TVDB list Big Brother Unlocked episodes differently.

Using TMDB episode ordering and the naming/organization shown below, PMS correctly identifies the episode.
To tell PMS to use the TMDB episode ordering, edit the show (pencil icon) → Advanced → Episode Ordering = TMDB Aired.
If you wish to have “Unlocked” as a separate show you will need to use TVDB information. However, that site has no information about the episodes, so artwork and other metadata may be lacking. You could add the information at TVDB yourself and Plex should pick it up in approximately three days.
NOTE: Plex Dance the episode after any renaming/reorganization. That clears existing information from the Plex Media Server database.
