Problem with my lifetime licence since the last update

I bought a lifetime Plex license a few years ago to be able to play content from my Android phone. Since the latest update, I can’t play anything anymore. I’m being asked to pay for a pass. I checked the FAQs, and it says my old license should be detected automatically, BUT it’s not working. I still get the message asking me to subscribe in order to play content on my phone

Your forum username does not have “Plex Pass” next to it.

Check your account settings. Does it show you have a Plex Pass?

Did you use a different account to buy the Plex Pass? If so, that account must be the one that has claimed your server.
