Hallo i have a problem to stream my movies mobile. when my handy is in my Wifi all ok. When the Handy is outside my network i can 720p movies play but over 720p i get a error

Look in Settings → Plex Web-> Under Internet Streaming and see what setting you have currently
Both on your server and on the phone or device you’re trying to watch on
I think the default is 720p at 2 mbps. Bump that up to 1080p at 8 mbps and see if that changes anything
I can’t see exactly what kind of error you’re getting from your picture but that might be a good place to start.
Also Under Remote Access settings on your server take a look at your internet upload speed and bitrate limits
Is this happening with all 1080p videos? What codec are the files? H.264 mp4?
