Plex unable to stream to both TV and web app, but works on iPhone?

Logs are attached.

Basically:

  • Straming works okay on mobile.
  • Streaming doesn’t work on Smart TV (LG, updated to webOs 5+) and web player (regardless of the browser or machine).
  • Most of the time there is no error, stream is just stuck. Other times I get the errors An error occurred loading items to play. and Error code: s1003 (Network)
  • I enabled already unsecured connections. It doesn’t help.
  • I’m streaming mkv files.
  • I do have premium Plex.
  • The Plex Media Server is running on a Synology DS220j.
  • The Synology is connected via ethernet to the router. Web, TV and iPhone are all connected through WiFi.
  • Most of my Plex settings are just the default values.
  • Latest versions installed.
