Hello since the update of Plex I no longer have any tv guide. I can’t record anything anymore. I try to update it manually but it stops at 0% or 1%… Attached my log. Do you have a solution to update the tv guide on NVIDIA Shield? Thank you in advance.
Please login to the Google Play Store and update your Shield Plex Server. Just find the Plex Media Server and click the Install link. There is a newer 1.13.0.5023 version available that had some fixes for EPG issues. I often have to install from the Google Play Store myself.

Unfortunately I can’t find this file in my Nvidia Shield.
I can find the directory: “com.plexapp.mediaserver.smb” but it is in the following tree structure: android/data/com.plexapp.mediaserver.smb. I have searched inside this directory but I find nothing and there is only one subdirectory: “cache”.
Maybe this is because I’m not root. :s
Finally I completely uninstalled Plex media server. After reinstalling I had to reinstall my tuner and it reinstalled the guide completely! Phew!
