Problem with Samsung App

Hi,

since latest update of plex for samsung I’ve experienced lots of buffering problem (both on ethernet and wifi connection)

I also tried with a chromecast without any buffering problem, so there’s something in the tv app…

Tv model: Samsung 2018 QE55Q7FAMT

Any similar case?

hi, on my UE75MU6105 i have some problems => the app show error message “network connexion lost” so netflix or amazon or youtube are OK :frowning: any ideas ?

I am getting that too now but when I switch to put on the sub titles. If I start again or click try again it seems to come through eventually but this is a new problem for me. I have video stutter and search/skip problems too put only on this TV.

I am very disappointed in this particular app. Saying it needs some loving is an understatement.

I have the same issue on my Samsung TV, excessive buffering on my 2018 Samsung TV. I don’t know what happened but it’s really starting to irritate me.
