Maybe my problem is trivial
Previously, when I was logged into Synology, when I clicked
Plex, it opened in a new tab in the browser (Firefox).
Plex started in the local network mode.
Now, after clicking, it throws a message: the connection to the server
was reset while loading the page.
The default URL of the application is: http://192.168.99.100:32400/web
and this page does not open. I do not remember when it stopped working,
whether during the program update or DSM.
When I correct the address in the browser to: https://192.168.99.100:32400/web
the page loads correctly. Unfortunately I didn’t find
and I have no idea if it is possible to edit this default address
of the Plex application on Synology so that after clicking it would enter the correct address and open Plex in the browser in network mode.

on the list of application permissions…
