I have Plex Version 2.4.18 running plex connect (Python 2.7.10). Just reinstalled to windows 7 and everything is grate accept subtitles. Before reinstall they used to work but now I see them in pre play menu (can check them in menu) but they won’t play on my apple TV 3 gen. I use external and internal subs (opensubtitles.org and podnapisi agents). On my computer all subtitles play normally when I watch movie in plex … the problem is only on apple TV. It is super frustrating because I know it used to work before. Should I try older version of Plex? Any advice?
P.s. I tried with srt and different formats of subtitles and turned off firewall.
