Hello, I am using Plex Media Server on my Nas DS920+ Synology DSM7 and I am having issues with the sonic analysis features. I have tried restarting the Plex Media server and reinstalling it, but it did not solve the problem. When I scan my library, the sonic analysis does not work anymore. I would like to know if anyone has encountered a similar problem and how it was resolved. Thank you in advance for your help!
PS/ I have an error in logs when I scan my library: [MusicAnalysis] Error decoding analysis input files (exit code: 69)

I have a similar issue. From time to time, Plex gets stuck for hours/days on āProcessing 2 albumsā. Even if I did not add any new album since the last scan.

Your logs are showing the files FFMPEG cannot decode.

But it seems that it doesnāt solve the problem. Sonic analysis still doesnāt work.

After verification, it would seem that the analysis worked on some albums in my library, but not on a large majority of them. The sonic features of plexamp are still unusable.

After having searched the last posts of the forum, I understood that Iām not the only one having issues with this.
Iāve not found any solution.
My database isnāt corrupted.
Iāve tried a few leads read on different posts, for example, deleting the too long tracks. The analysis happened on 20 additional albums, it seems, which I couldnāt identify, but itās impossible for me to pinpoint where it gets stuck. Some artists and albums are sonically similar, however, itās impossible to launch Sonic Adventure on Plexamp. In the console, no error messages during a scan, however, the same warning message appears ā[MusicAnalysis] No analysis blob foundā for several items.
I continue my research. But please, if a Plex technician can tell me whatās going on and can help me resolve this topic, I would greatly appreciate it.

I noticed that some artists are no longer accessible: they appear when I type their name in the search bar, and their albums are viewable. But when I click on the artists in question, āsomething went wrong, An unexpected error occurred.ā
Is this related?
Today, Plexās analysis remains stuck on āFinding Albumsā, and I canāt use the player on Mac, itās constantly buffering. I have to go through the web player.
