Hi everyone!
I added some new TV shows to my PMS and all got a match with the TheTVDB agent. They downloaded some metadata (summary, tags etc) but not the show and season posters. And even stranger is, that some shows have season posters downloaded but not the show poster. Restarting PMS, deleting the show and readding it, both didn’t helped. I also tried to redownload the metadata with Fix Incorrect Match function but this also didn’t worked. Renaming the Plug-ins folder to Plug-ins.old and reinstall the qpkg (manually) didn’t helped either.
I didn’t found any other solutions in the internet.
All TV shows definitely have both show and season posters on TheTVDB (one show is Married… with Children for example)
Any ideas how I can solve this problem?
There is a known problem with the TheTVDB poster/artwork downloading. AFAIK, work is in progress to correct it.
One work-around for some is to add a few episodes at a time and wait for all artwork/posters to be downloaded before adding more.

I tried now that work-around, but also didn’t solve the problem.
So I have to wait I guess :-/
