Unsure where to post this so gone with general.
Any MKV / x265 encoded content (local files on server, 1080p only) has the audio out of sync by a second or so on the amazon fire stick app (latest 4k fire stick hardware) - this used to be fixed by setting conversion to “convert automatically” rather than “play original” however since the last update to it “convert automatically” now just hangs forever and never plays the content, coming out of it then back in reverts to “play original” - so seem unable to convert any mkv or x265 encoded content now.
Should note this is not the case using the desktop app, remotely through a browser or on the ipad/android apps, seems exclusively a firestick problem for me.
Any help or advice on this one?
