Plex with not open after updated server version
How so?
Is this about the package not starting on your QNAP or clicking “open” not opening the web app properly?
If the server itself is running… can you see your server if you open it in your browser (e.g. http://app.plex.tv/desktop or http://[QNAP IP address]:32400/web)?
The package does not start on the QNAP. It opens to the PLEX logo but does not go beyond. I have had this issue once before with the media server updates … I resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the update … a pain as I have to reload the media files, but it did not work this time. Your help is certainly appreciated, thanks.
Do you get the same result if you open Plex directly from your browser using the given addresses?
Do you see the same result with different browsers?
Any plugins/extensions in your browser that could interfere with the Plex web app?
Apparently, I was able to resolve this issue using a different browser, thank you for your help.
