I was wondering if anyone can crack this nut for me: I cannot for the life of me get featureless / other extras to appear in the movie. They are named correctly. local media is enabled. I’ve tried scanning or swapping agents, and I cannot get the featurette file to show up. Any ideas?

In an attempt to debug, I copied and pasted an example, verbatim. I put a file in sub and main. Hopefully, one of them would trigger. nothing thus far. Ive shared some screens below. Do you see a problem or typo that I don’t?

Hmm… sounds like something about that movie might have gotten stuck inside Plex. Have you tried doing a Plex Dance (removing the movie from Plex, doing some clean-up, re-add it following the linked procedure)?
