Extras not showing up for one movie

Hi, I have a single movie so far where the extras are not presented. The movie is There’s Something About Mary Unrated. I follow this link and it’s been working well.

I used to make a folder for each type of extra, but I have been just putting them in the folder with the movie and naming them per Plex instructions and it’s been fine.

So unsure what the issue could be!

I run plex on TrueNAS and it’s at the latest version. I’ve checked the filenames, refreshed the folder, emptied the trash, analyed, etc… but no luck

I don’t post here much at all, so if there’s additional information I can provide, please let me know.

Mind sharing the exact names / structures you’ve applied for this movie (movie folder and its content)?
Do the items show up after you manually refresh the metadata for There's Something About Mary inside Plex?

No problem, here’s how I named them, it’s inside a folder named Comedy, which is my Comedy Library. No, manually refreshing the metadata has no effect.

Please take a look at the Plex media info XML of this movie.
What is inside the guid="... XML property?

guid=“plex://movie/5d776826999c64001ec2c52c”

Thanks! This means there are no obvious mistakes, like a wrong agent selection.
Your file names above are also correct.

When you edit the movie library, on the Advanced tab, is the checkbox “Use local assets” activated?

Did you Refresh Metadata of the movie after adding the extras?

Ok, that’s good then.

Use Local Assets is checked off (enabled)

Yes, I refreshed metadata, also analyzed, a few times.

It’s weird that none of them show up, the only extra is a plex provided trailer.

Considering this is UNIX, how are the access permissions of those extras files? Are they accessible by Plex?

When I set this up a year ago, I used this youtube guide mainly TrueNAS Core 12 Plex Plugin Install and Setup - YouTube

plex is a group, and there’s a member of the group with permissions to the folder where everything is stored. the user (member) has full access to the folder where all my media data is stored.

I haven’t had an issue so far with permissions specifically. I use the same user to login from my main pc on the samba share.

I can double check, I’ll go thru the video again, but I’m not confident that is the issue

I’m just poking blindly now.
Try omitting commas from the file names.

Or as a last ditch attempt do the Plex Dance.

lol, the plex dance worked, holy eff…bookmarked

Thanks for the assist guys

It’s been about a year of using plex everyday and I’m still learnin’
