Two Ghost Adventures spinoff series are not correctly pulling data from TheTVdb. The first one, Ghost Adventures: Quarantine is miss-identified as Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks. The second one, Ghost Adventures: Screaming Room is not even found. Both shows have working pages on TheTVdb website and I’ve verified that my file naming is correct (I use filebot and all other movies & shows have worked fine).
Same on my system. I was able to manually match by searching for Ghost Adventures: Quarantine. Include the colon in the search. Searching without a colon returns “No matches found.”
Not found meaning (a) not displayed at all in Plex or (b) displayed in Plex but no metadata found?
On my system the files were listed, but no metadata downloaded. I was able to manually match the show, but had to include the colon in the show name. Searching without the colon returned “No matches found.”
If the show does not appear in Plex at all, check your file names & structures. This is how I have things on my system:
/A TV Library
/Ghost Adventures Screaming Room
/Season 01
/Ghost Adventures Screaming Room - s01e01.mkv
Just used the search option, Quarantine fields were all filled in correctly so I just hit search and then it found it. Screaming Room was missing the colon and the year so I added those and and then it found it. Thanks!
