Have tried probably 50 times to get an email from Plex to reset my password. I have an account with my Apple email that has a lifetime plex pass subscription. Somehow along the line the password did get changed and the password in my password manager is no longer working. I have another “free” account with my gmail email address and when I enter that one, I get the password reset email immediately. But with the @mac.com email address, nothing.
At this point I’m ready to delete my account but can’t even do that since I can no longer log in. How do I contact someone at Plex to help with this problem.
