Profile to enable multichannel Spatial Audio for TVOS (AC3 or EAC3)

I can only get multichannel Spatial Audio to work on Apple TV 4K (16.3.1) if I use the old player and the audio is AC3 or EAC3. Is there a profile that can transcode to either of these audio formats? I wouldn’t know how to write one. Thanks!
