Hello.

I have 2 playlists, one for MOVIES and other for SERIES.

The MOVIES playlist was on an external HD fixed on “G:” on my older PC, and SERIES was on another that I can’t remember.

Is there a way to find an XML that recorded all these datas?

Playlists are stored on the internal Plex database file.
You can export playlists with the current developer version of WebTools

Or are you after the library data instead?
then use ExportTools to get a detailed list.
