I live on the north side of Lake Ontario, and I can pick up channels from Erie. I notice my program guide data doesn’t include those channels (OnConnect).
Should I expect the guide to include all the channels I can pick up? Or just the Canadian channels? I believe the channels it’s not showing are the ones coming from the US side.
Plex relies on Gracenote to provide guide data. Gracenote database is not really accurate for OTA broadcast in Canada. First, you should report the missing channels for your postal code here:

It will take several weeks but they will add them.
In the mean time, try different postal codes from your OTA market. Pick postal codes between the US and Canadian transmitter sites. You will probably find one that will populate all your channels.
It took me several tries, but finally found one that did the trick for me. But, now my postal code has been fixed.

It’s been two months since I submitted the updates, and there’s no change in my postal code.
