PS4 and PLEX

I have just added PLEX to the PS4 and it seems to be working except non of my libraries are showing up. I have checked my Authorized Devices and I can see the PS4 is there. I’ve logged on the plex.tv account and I can see my libraries showing up there. Everything seems great.

I then went back to the PS4 and checked “Media Service Status” and it’s showing I have yet to connect the Media Server. How can that be when I entered the code and everything else shows it should be connected via plex.tv. I must have missed a step. Any suggestions?

There is signing into your PMS to claim it.
There is signing in to the plex.tv website to get hosted web client access
There is signing in to the Plex Player.

Those levels of login are interrelated, and it’s possible that you missed a step.
The Xbox articles on the Plex website don’t give a walkthru, but it could just
be that you have to use some login on the Xbox Plex Player menus in an upper corner.

You can screenshot your Settings > Show Advanced > Network for us.
There are a bunch of authorization items to be eyeballed.
