I manually installed this version over thr top of my running prior version. Now I no longer can see any of my libraries. I also noticed in the servers configuration options there is no longer an area showing the port 32400 any more or that it tells me ny server status is online. After signing into plex.tv in settings all I have for the library is to manage library access for users but no option to create or add libraries.

Try connecting directly to the IP address of the NAS: http://192.168.1.100:32400/web.

See if you can login, reach server settings, and, if necessary, claim the server.

If that does not work, or you are not local to the NAS, then follow FAQ 31: Reset / Reclaim PMS on DSM 7 (Not Authorized - Locked Out).

I was not seeing my server at all but could see friends PMS’s ok. I just uninstalled and recliamed my server. Locally thru my ip network I can see my libraries now, but they all have the exclamation mark. But thru plex.tv login it did briefly show 3 of my user logins so I chose my main login but my plex server is not showing. I already claimed my server but is asking again so I did now. I see it does not have outside internet access and after a few retries it appears to have connected and is now accessible from the outside.

I had to repin all my libraries and now everything appears to be good for the time being.
