That error message is harmless. I’m not sure what’s going on there but this sounds like a hardware issue. The NAS itself rebooting is quite worrying. Can you post this in the PMS section?

I think since the new Plex app does not transcode into hardware, your computing power is insufficient and the CPU is overwhelmed and the Plex server hangs up!?

For whatever reason, unfortunately, he transcodes in software. With all other devices that I have tested, everything works as set in hardware.

Nice to see here that the CPU is overwhelmed and thus the playback stutters when 1080p transcoding. Intel i5 4440 B85 16GB RAM
