Hi all. Been using Plex from my PC to PS4 for a while now. Never been able to connect via secure connection but that’s never bothered me as it works well.
However today I got the Plex pass so I can get early access app on PS4 but it won’t find my server. I leave early access and it all works fine again.
Any idea on what I’m doing wrong.

Hi there. In the early access app to the user menu and into Settings. There in the Main category you will find an option named Allow Fallback to Insecure Connections. You will need to change it to something other than Never if you are unable to connect to your server securely. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the reply. I have that option in the normal Plex app but not in the early access app
Sorry, there was a bug preventing that setting from showing up. If you refresh the app in a short while it should show up. Hope that helps.
