PS5 Buffing issues/concerning behavior

PS5 is still buffering / stuttering. it is really a big pain, a raspberry pi4 is more powerfull than a PS5 with plex. it is the only truth.

PS5 - stuttering direct stream

Really all you’re looking for is a message with an IP address in it. Open your Plex Media Server console (you can access from Settings of the web player or any other player) and then open Plex on the PS5. A message similar to this one, pasted below.
