For over a year now on the PS5 client whenever I finish a movie and the “watch credits” button pops up it breaks the app to the point where I have to restart it in order to get back to the home screen
Not sure if it is the same issue, I am having. I came searching the forums incase anyone has mentioned it. I have only noticed this issue over the last few weeks. When my episodes get to the end and the credits are about to start, the Plex playstation 5 app crashes with a message saying something went wrong. Error code CE-118377-7 this happens with all videos played on the PS5, I do not get this issue with videos played on my iOS app or my tvs Plex app. Only happens with the playstation.
It crashes the app and forces a reload, I have tried to delete and reinstall the app as well.
